Modernisation of the Tramway Network - Service Changes during the month of March: Works affecting lines 3 - 8 and 14

During March 2026, tram lines 3, 8 and 14 will be subject to changes and replacement bus services due to road refurbishment and infrastructure works.

Towards Trastevere: departure from Porta Maggiore, centre of square; instead of Viale del Parco del Celio, buses stop at Via Celio Vibenna and Via di San Gregorio; from Piazza di Porta Capena to Piazza Albania, buses run on side lane using stops of line 75; in Viale Trastevere between Piazza Bernardino da Feltre and Trastevere station, side lane with stops of line n8.

Replacement bus: 14NAV

  • Largo Preneste: bus stop in the terminus area
  • Via Prenestina: same as tram stops
  • Viale Palmiro Togliatti: side lane near the suspended tram stops
